The quality and loading speed of the Craft Fair depends greatly on the quality of your graphic. Since we provide you with complete control over the managment of the graphic that is displayed with your listing we expect you to abide by our guidelines and take reasonable care to ensure that the image you use is the very best you can provide. These guidelines are equally important whether you store an image on our server or call it your own.
1. File Size and Format
Either GIF or JPEG (JPG) formatted images are acceptable as long as they are under 8KB. GIF animation is acceptable as long as loop animations are set at a minimum of 2-second intervals between loops. Any image file that is over the 8KB size limit is rejected by our system.
2. Positioning and Dimensions

Your image can be displayed in either of two places -- to the left of, or on top of your text. Position is determined by your entry in the 'Image width' field in the booth set-up form. Image widths left blank, or specified as 100 pixels wide or less will appear on the left. Those over 100 pixels wide will be displayed on top and resized to 40 pixels high. The width limitation is 429 pixels.
3. Naming Your File
We will rename your image file according to your Username once it is uploaded to the server.
4. Changing Your Graphic
You can change your graphic at any time, simply upload a revised image using the Upload Utility in Craft Fair Management area.
5. Image Content
This is a FAMILY SITE where children often visit. All images must be suitable for viewing by all audiences.
6. Web Graphics Utilities and Links
Excellent Web-based Utilities
The best way to reduce the size of your image is to run it through the Utility at GIF Wizard. It costs around $14.95 for 75 images.
The next best FREE way is to use the GIF Lube from the Website Garage. It's equally great and also FREE!
